I’ve been a business communicator since the late-90s, and I’ve done it all — articles, blog posts, web content, ads, annual reports, ebrochures, emails, newsletters. Now I specialize in communications for entrepreneurs. Why? Because I’ve been one myself.

I Listen
A new project begins with a conversation. I listen to your thoughts and ideas. I research your company and your industry. I check out your competitors. I review existing materials and, if you wish, talk to your staff. I digest it all so I can deliver the message you intend.
I Write
Writing for clients is an iterative process. I produce a first draft that we review together. I weave your comments into a second draft for your review. We continue this draft-and-review process until we’re both satisfied that the final product clearly and boldly reflects your message.
I Edit
I know and respect words and grammar. Like where to place commas and hyphens. When to use it’s instead of its . . . effect instead of affect . . . there instead of their. Poor grammar and misused words scream amateur. In my hands, your projects gain the polish of a pro.
